Why we built Tendfuls
Because the people who care for someone rarely share a room, and the story of that person's care ends up scattered across notebooks, chat threads, portals and memory.
Tendfuls was founded in 2026 in Spain by a small team that had each lived some version of the same problem: a child whose teacher didn't know what the therapist had figured out, a parent whose new carer had never seen the crisis plan, a clinician spending the first ten minutes of every session catching up.
The tools that existed were built for institutions. Records lived inside a clinic or a school, and the family, the one constant in the person's life, was a visitor in their own story.
We started from the opposite end. The record belongs to the person and their family. Everyone else is invited, sees only what they need, and leaves an audit trail. The family can take everything with them in one click, and keeps it for life.
The name comes from tending: the quiet, repeated work of looking after someone. The plans are called Roots and Growth for the same reason.
